As Bondster’s CEO, Pavel is responsible for strategic decisions in the company and its main development projects. He has dedicated almost all his professional career to financial services, in which he has been working for over 14 years. You can read more about him here.

Richard Kouba

Richard holds the post of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. He is in charge of marketing, sales and acquisition of new loan providers. He has gained his work experience from managerial positions in the financial sector (e.g. Erste Group, GE Money Bank, Ferratum Group). You can learn more about him here.

Aliya Kaliyeva

Aliya is a financial analyst responsible for the due diligence of new loan originators and their regular monitoring. She gained previous work experience in the field of sales support and auditing.

Jiří Kárník
Jiří takes care of investors, he answers their questions and handles their requests. He also is in charge of uploading new loans to the investment portal. He gained previous work experience mainly in banking, where he worked about four years in the field of client care.

Vladimír Vála

Vladimír Vála is a Financial Analyst responsible for the due diligence of new loan originators and their regular monitoring. After obtaining the title of an engineer at the Prague University of Economics and Business, he gained experience abroad, mainly in the portfolio manager and analyst positions.
